New call for applications for JAD workshops

Are you an artisan or designer? Set up shop in a unique place of creation and innovation dedicated to art and design in the west of Paris.

From October 16, 2023 , the Hauts-de-Seine department is launching a third call for applications from craftsmen and designers wishing to practice their professions jointly by working on joint projects.

Set in an inspiring local environment, JAD offers 4 workshops for rent (individual or shared). This project, led by a team of experts, aims to promote the friction between the two disciplines by orchestrating research, innovation and training to foster fertile dialogue between the professionals occupying the premises. It also benefits from a cultural program aimed at all audiences.

JAD is :

  • 2,600 m² of dedicated space
  • Around twenty individual and group workshops (between 31 and 108 m²)
  • 15 occupant-creators already present since summer 2022
  • Moderate rents and one-year leases renewable over 3 years
  • A MakerLab
  • Shared workshops
  • Meeting and reception rooms
  • A large showroom
  • A space for conviviality
