Chronicles of creation, behind the scenes at JAD
EXHIBITION
Du 23.10.24 au 16.02.2025
In the spring of 2024, sociologist and historian Hugues Jacquet immersed himself in the workshops of JAD - Jardin des métiers d'Art et du Design, with a recorder and a few prepared questions. Chroniques de la création dans les coulisses du JAD, presented from October 23, 2024 to February 16, 2025, reveals the practices, thoughts and research that drive the creator-occupiers of this cultural establishment of the Hauts-de-Seine department.

Marion Flament, visual artist and set designer
After graduating from École Boulle, Marion Flament obtained her Master's degree from EnsAD in Paris, graduating with honors. There, she pursued a post-graduate research program in interactive lighting until 2017. After an exchange program at EAV Parque Lage in Rio de Janeiro, she was recently awarded residencies at Hors Pistes, Villa du Lavoir, Les ateliers de Paris, Villa Belleville and Casa de Velazquez in Madrid. Marion Flament seeks to produce scenarios to present a distended reality. She is inspired by sudden, minute changes in visual perception that give time a magical, dramatic quality.
