2. General conditions of use of the site and the services offered.

Use of the le-jad.fr website implies full acceptance of the general conditions of use set out below. These conditions of use may be amended or supplemented at any time, and users of the le-jad.fr website are therefore advised to consult them regularly.

This site is normally accessible to users at all times. Scintillo SAS may, however, decide to interrupt the site for technical maintenance purposes, and will endeavor to inform users of the dates and times of such interventions in advance.

The le-jad.fr website is updated regularly. Similarly, the legal notices may be modified at any time: they are nevertheless binding on the user, who is invited to refer to them as often as possible in order to take cognizance of them.

The purpose of the le-jad.fr website is to provide information about all of the association's activities.

Scintillo SAS is the owner of the intellectual property rights or holds the rights of use on all the elements accessible on the site, in particular the texts, images, graphics, logos, icons, sounds and software.

Any reproduction, representation, modification, publication, adaptation of all or part of the elements of the site, whatever the means or process used, is forbidden, except with the prior written authorization of Scintillo SAS.

Any unauthorized use of the site or of any of the elements it contains will be considered as counterfeiting and will be prosecuted in accordance with the provisions of articles L.335-2 et seq. of the French Intellectual Property Code.

6. Limitation of liability.

Scintillo SAS may not be held liable for any direct or indirect damage caused to the user's equipment when accessing the le-jad.fr website, and resulting either from the use of equipment that does not meet the specifications indicated in point 4, or from the appearance of a bug or incompatibility.

Scintillo SAS cannot be held responsible for indirect damage (such as loss of business or loss of opportunity) resulting from use of the le-jad.fr website.

9. Applicable law and jurisdiction.

Any dispute arising in connection with the use of the www.actavista.fr website is subject to French law. Exclusive jurisdiction is granted to the competent courts.
